You find Beach Stadium Scheveningen literally on Scheveningen beach. The stadium and pavilion offers room to 2000 visitors. The Netherlands is becoming an increasingly important force in the beach volleyball world. The Netherlands won its first Olympic beach volleyball medal in 2016, when Brouwer/Meeuwsen won the bronze. During the European Beach Volleyball Championship in 2018, the Dutch teams also performed well, which resulted in a shared first place on the medal count.
