Police Service Dogs

At the Royal Dutch Police Dog Association, training can be carried out with a dog to achieve certificates. In addition, there are several competitions in the Netherlands within dog sports, but not specifically for police dogs. Police Service Dogs is being organized during the WPFG at Woensdrecht Airbase. This is the Main Support Base of the Royal Netherlands Air Force and one of the largest military airbases in the Netherlands. Woensdrecht is located in the south of the country, near the border with Belgium, 1 hour’s drive from Rotterdam.
