Badminton is being organized in the new sports complex Aquapelle Capelle. Badminton has enjoyed a prominent place in the Netherlands since Mia Audina from Rotterdam won a silver medal at the Olympic Games in Atlanta (2004). Did you know that Badminton is the fastest racket sport in the world? The official smash record is 426 km/h. That’s incredibly fast - for example, the record for Tennis is 263.4 km/h!
